The interview process for summer internships and full-time jobs is highly competitive and requires diligent practice and preparation.
Smith alums and employer partners from multiple industries will hold one-on-one mock interviews and offer feedback to students interested in honing their interview skills. During a 30-minute time block, your mock interviewer will ask you a variety of questions (general, behavior-based) and then offer tips to help improve your technique.
When applying, please include your resume. If you don't have a resume in Handshake, no worries. A first draft is fine to submit and gain some feedback as part of the process.
